In need of an experienced maintenance person that is able to complete work orders, paint, and work on issues associated with rental properties. We are looking for candidates to have experience with basic plumbing, basic heating, basic electrical, and general maintenance issues. * Must have valid drivers license. * Competitive wages. $16/hr - $18/hour * Comes with company van after initial training period.
