💰💰💰Sign-up Bonus: Drivers: $300* Movers: $100* Payments/Rates: We pay cash the day of each job. Our payment structure is based on a bonus structure assuming a job goes well and pays up to $22/hour to foreman/drivers or up to $18/hour to helpers plus commission and bonuses for both. We are a growing family-run moving company looking for experienced box-truck drivers, foremen and helpers who love the benefits of a physically demanding job. We can train for any position as long as you are willing to put in the work and are physically capable. Our focus as a business is customer satisfaction and so expect our movers to work with a positive mindset with attention to detail towards assuring a successful move. Job requirements for movers, foreman, and drivers (we can train candidates who are willing to learn): Have Experience in: - Packing delicate items into boxes - Wrapping items with blankets, bubble wrap and shrink wrap - Assembling furniture with basic tools Qualities: - Friendly, honest and respectful -Able to work with a variable schedule. - You are physically fit, able to lift 100-150 lbs, and ready for lots of lifting and stairs (this is a physically intense job; and so you must enjoy the rewards of physical labor). - Be punctual - Have great customer service skills, be courteous and kind to customers. - Work well with others as a team and have great communication - Have reliable transportation - Medical card must be up to date Requirements for DRIVERS: - Must have a Clean Driving Record & MVR - Valid Drivers License (Class C is fine) - At least 2 years of experience driving box-trucks (20 feet or longer) Please fill out an application here: *Bonus: Work a minimum of 10 jobs with us with no cancellations/no-shows on your end.
