DashMart is a store made possible by DoorDash. Customers order their convenience items in the DoorDash app, and our Warehouse Associates pick and pack those orders in a real, brick-and-mortar convenience store. We are looking for multiple Shift Leads to join our rapidly growing team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility.
About You
- Strong, respectful, and a leader by example with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- A contributor who strives tirelessly to improve processes for a seamless customer experience
- Tenacious work ethic, ambition, and a desire to grow in a rapidly expanding venture
- You’re able to be on your feet and handle warehouse duties including lifting up to 40 pounds (with or without accommodations).
