The cleaner is responsible for the general interior and exterior cleaning duties associated with all FLACRA facilities and sites. The following duties apply:
General Duties
1. Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.
2. Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairways and windows as directed by Supervisor.
3. Uses brooms, mops, and floor equipment to sweep, mop, strip and wax floors.
4. Uses vacuum cleaners and/or shampooer to clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and blinds.
5. Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors and sills.
6. Opens and closes building according to security procedures.
7. Reports work accomplished orally or on written work order to supervisor.
8. Follows all applicable safety rules and procedures.
