Hi, With COVID not letting up, most of us have been confined to our homes for a better part of over a year plus now. Studies worldwide have shown this has led to a devastating decline in mental health. Fear of illness, social isolation, economic insecurity, disruption of routine, and loss of loved ones all contribute to risk factors for depression and anxiety. I am a Personal Development Consultant. My journey began some 20 years ago just to better improve my own life. I started studying Louise Hay, Gregg Braden, Dandapani, Choa Kok Sui, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Dolores Cannon just to name a few. Their teachings allowed me to connect my own dots, and improve my own life. As my life changed, friends, family, coworkers, and extended people started reaching out to me for tips and tricks to help improve their own lives. I am also a certified QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) practitioner.
