Processing facility in Faribault is seeking a mill operator. The primary duties of this job are assisting with setting up and monitoring milling equipment, and bagging and transferring finished product.  Other duties include - but are not limited to - maintenance of milling and other mechanical equipment, and housekeeping.  Areas of responsibility will include the mill and the equipment warehouse. Must be mechanically inclined, ambitious and responsible. Experience with food and/or grain production appreciated, but not required. Requirements of successful Flour Mill Operator: High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation Ability to read, write and speak English Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications) Willingness to learn Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Physical requirements of this role: This job can be physically strenuous You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more This job will require the ability to ascend/descend ladders Flexible, positive work environment.
