CMB Cleaning Industries LLC is looking to fill open positions at facilities throughout the Fairfax + Prince William County areas. Part-time janitor (Springfield, VA) compensation: $13.00 employment type: part-time Cleaner Position (Springfield, VA) IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Part-time reliable, dependable, motivated, and experienced Cleaning Technician needed immediately to perform general cleaning of commercial offices and residential properties. Duties for this position include but are not limited to: - Cleaning medical offices - Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors - Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces - Dusting and detailing - Restroom sanitation - Checking, cleaning, and stocking restrooms - Emptying trash containers - Cleaning and polishing glass and metal surfaces - There may be some heavy lifting: vacuums, floor machines, buckets, etc. Requirements: - Honesty, reliability, and integrity A MUST - Attention to detail and good work ethic a MUST - Ability to learn new cleaning techniques and processes - Comfortable with English - Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work - Must be authorized to work in the United States - The ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with management and clients - Must be able to work from 6 pm and 10 pm (Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday) Job Type: Part-time Salary: $13.00Hr ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRIES PLEASE!!!
