It appears the anonymity of the “net” and the need for a friend/boardm in conjunction with a whole lot of lazy and lets not forget that smidge of performance angxitiy,ie,fear.Thats how you get 32 text and zero hires.Not even one could follow directions. It’s fun.It’s the modern day version of ringing one’s door bell and running from back in the day.At least then we got the health Bennifits of the sprint to the nearest bush for cover.But the real reward was how angry some would get.Innocent enough....then.....It’s different now.The mind set behind the action.Much more angry.Insuficinct non existent parenting.People so Burt out before their even 21.So much easier to stick a device in front of a child (who should never have been born until it’s parents were equipped to raise them)to occupy their time when some physical activity would have bennifited them far better in the long run.Thinking /acting for the long haul is a parenting luxury for those more fortunate to have “planned” better.From those of us who receive them(children raised on the fly)thanks for a job well done!!!!Your “hard work” and “attention to detail“ have allowed (whatever the business)to soar to new heights.We are not trying to judge spread hate.WE were THAT child that had little to no parenting.But times are different.the damage greater.What were experiencing/have been experiencing attempting to fill entry level positions with the pool of “talent” should be of concern,of great concern to everyone.This is not work requiring highly specialized skilled personnel.The only real skill is that a person be willing to/able to handle the physical demands of the work.Our experience has been people 18 to 25 are not healthy enough to do this sort of work(some exceptions) If they do show up,more often then not, their “a real delight” to be around.With attitudes that make “quite an impression” with our clients.People in their mid 30’s to mid 40’s are ideally(at least in our experience) Better suited.They have corrected poor parenting where necessary.They are more realistic.They are old enough to know the internet is a tool and nothing more.If when they are angry about something they are mature enough to deal with it better.Note.we don’t descriminate all ages are welcome to respond we are equal opportunity.these are just our thoughts/experience take it for what it’s worth.If your only response is anger at such a post.You should change those things that ruffled your feathers.When you are searching in a labor category.expect labor.we could pay 10,000 an hr and we would most likely get exactly the same.Thats why people trying to move to our shores are such a breath of freash air.They appreciate the work for the time they choose to stay with us. They are professional,punctual Team players.reliable hardworking.These people should not be viewed as a threat But a god send.they should stand as roll models to the angry procrastinating,lazy,dishonest,theiving,unrealizable,unmotivated,entitled establishment work force that currently dominate the talent pool. Save the nasty text pointing fingers at everyone else.When we say what we are needing /demanding and you can’t follow those directions.Were sorry.We know what were dealing with.do you think we like playing this game?If we really did not want to hire all we would have to say is must have reference from former employer and/or pass background check.Still no one takes advantage of the leg up.Thank god the AFGANS are coming!!!!We can’t get enough of them to move here.The economy,not to mention,our faith in mankind,could use “some appreciation”
