Looking for an experienced carpenter / handyman to work on mobile homes to include but not limited to the following tasks: Build exterior steps Perform exterior repairs Perform interior repairs Roof shingle replacement / repair Install and repair exterior vinyl skirting Perform drywall repairs Perform sub-floor repairs Must have Mobile Home experience in basic plumbing and basic electrical You must provide your own tools. Work days are Monday - Friday. PTO and paid holidays. Medical, Dental & Vision are offered
