Need help covering chimney with cement

I’m looking for someone with masonry experience to cover the cinder block chimney with surface bonding cement above and below the grade. The chimney is 17ft tall. - You would need a tall enough ladder - I will provide the cement $28/h It would be helpful if you could also dig out the chimney foundation
