POSITION SUMMARY In this entry level position, you will assist shop service mechanics and pick up and deliver parts and equipment. PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBLITES Primary tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. • Washes vehicles and equipment • Conducts safety checks on vehicles. • Assists senior Mechanics in the completion of project work. • Assists with calls to pick up or deliver parts and equipment • Performs other maintenance related work as required. • Details lifts using various tools and techniques, including pressure washer, different chemicals, ect. • Cleans and organizes the shop. • Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards. • Performs routine shop & yard maintenance. • Performs general cleaning duties of buildings or properties • Safely and efficiently load, unload and build outgoing loads of equipment and building materials into storage facilities, onto semi-trailer trucks and flatbeds, securing all outgoing loads in appropriate and safe stacking method • *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time PREFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS • Attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organizational skills • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills • Team member • Stress tolerance MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • High School Diploma/GED required, additional completed coursework preferred. • Must be able to work as part of a team focused on delivering the highest level of service • Ability to quickly acquire in-depth parts knowledge for dealership brands • Well-organized, systematic and precise in carrying out job duties • Neat and clean appearance • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Approximately 95% of the work day will be spent walking and moving; and 5% sitting • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with assistance
