On my way out to run a few errands, I noticed a dog running around the Spring Acres neighborhood (Tall Cedar’s Lane off Branch Avenue). He was very friendly, had a collar with a piece of chain (as if he snapped one to escape) & is in the kind of shape that leads me to believe he’s lost.
