Blue Steel Property Management is looking for emergency on call maintenance workers that will be responsible for after hours calls for an apartment complex. We are seeking reliable people who have reliable transportation and some handyman/ maintenance experience. Must be willing to be on call from hours of 8:00pm - 7:00 am. Responsibilities include: Answering any phone calls that come in and determining if the problem is an emergency or something that can be taking care of the next day Handling lock outs Responding to any emergency calls as necessary and fixing any problem that might have occurred to a point where the situation is not causing harm to any tenant or damaging property Calling and speaking with any emergency plumbers or HVAC companies if necessary Pay is $30/hr with a guaranteed 2 hours if you are required to go to the property. Lockouts are a fixed $50.
