Entry-Level Concrete Laborer

Premier Concrete Construction, LLC is looking for hard working and dependable laborer's for their Foundation, Flatwork and Decorative divisions. *Shops are located in Wilton & Sharon, NH- you'll ride in a company truck from there to job sites* Foundation (Wilton) *Work as part of a team to build formwork for foundations element *Learn to read/interpret plans for foundations, including reinforcing steel *Become an integral part of pouring operations, to include operating hoses and vibrators, straightening and screeding/magging *Various associated activities, including grouting baseplates, mitigating weather conditions, building staging/scaffolding, etc Flatwork (Wilton) *Work as part of a team to prepare slabs for pouring *Learn to read/interpret plans for flatwork, including reinforcing steel *Become an integral part of pouring operations, to include operating hoses and vibrators, raking, screeding, etc *Learn and become a part of finishing operations, to include handwork, operation of power trowels and saw-cutting for control joints Decorative (Sharon) *Detail oriented individual to work as part of an architectural/decorative concrete team on mostly commercial/industrial and some high-end residential projects *Experience working with epoxy and/or polyaspartic coating is a plus (not required) *Experience using a floor polisher is a plus (not required) *Highly desirable qualities include attention to detail Ability to communicate verbally and in electronic written form to ensure all details are conveyed and understood with good time management skills *Candidate should have the ability to work through tasks and projects with an eye towards the completed outcome Qualifications: *Ability to work as part of a team (this is our number one hiring requirement!) *Willingness and ability to learn and progress while taking direction *A recognition that this is a physical, sometimes difficult industry (Premier prides itself on working to minimize the difficulty and provide employees with a place to work where they are well rewarded for their efforts and can be proud of the work they do and the organization of which they are a part). *Driver's license *Employer references *Able to pass background check Benefits: *Health, Dental and Vision *Holiday Pay *401k *Employee recognition/appreciation days *Progress toward paid vacation time *Referral Bonus Program - Very generous!
