Description
I am fostering 3 yr old Ziggy for a family staying with relatives temporarily. He’s a Great Pyrenees/ Dalmatian/ Blue Tick hound. His mom got him from a rescue (he's from KY) and I didn't want him to go to a shelter. Zig is very clingy and gets attached to his owner, mainly female. His mom describes him as a "Velcro-dog". She has him registered as an emotional support service dog, so if you are looking for a companion dog to be by your side, then consider Zig. He can be weary of some men, and not others. Not sure why, possibly from his life in KY? He's an energetic dog and he gets in that puppy stance when he wants to play. Be mindful to cut him off though or he can get to playing too rough. He does amuse himself with toys. Since he has some Great Pyrenees in him so he does try to "herd" you by leaning into you and would knock young children down. He's so cuddly with his person and is very devoted. I wish he was a better fit for my life, otherwise I would keep him myself. Small rehoming fee will apply. Thanks for reading.
