Lumber Company seeking individual for a QUALITY CONTROL position. JOB DESCRIPTION: -Verifying lumber packages are assembled 100% accurate before shipment to customer -Filling out paperwork to dispatch office SKILLS REQUIRED: -Able to read & write English -Math skills and able to read tape measure -Ability to communication efficiently -Prior Lumber Yard or Rough Carpentry Experience -Knowledge of the different species of lumber -Work effectively with limited direction as well as the ability to work in a team environment -Pass pre-employment and random drug screening WORKING CONDITIONS: -Working outside -Exposed to dust -Possibility of minor injuries (minor cuts, scrapes, bruises, burns, etc.) -Loud Noise -Interaction with other people PHYSICAL ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS: -Standing for a long period of time -Reaching forward -Reaching above the head -Walking, Squatting, and Kneeling -Bending or Twisting PAY: Depending on Experience ($16 and higher) BENEFITS: -Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance -Paid Time Off -Bonus Pay -401K Retirement Plan WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 5:00am to 3:00pm -Overtime allowed DO NOT E-MAIL YOUR RESUME, APPLY IN PERSON.
