Looking for a temp maintenance tech for Class A student housing property for the next 1-2 weeks, 8 to 10 hours per day. Must be available immediately. Assist maintenance supervisor in completing maintenance work orders and other tasks as requested. Requirements: Experience in appliance repair, painting, plumbing, light electrical. HVAC and pool experience preferred but not required. Must be able to climb stairs as property is 3 stories without elevator. Must pass criminal background check and drug screening. Must be have professional appearance. Must have your own tools & transportation. Apply with resume or description of your background and experience. Paid weekly as a 1099 contractor.
