Property management team is seeking a qualified maintenance technician to assist with general maintenance of apartment turns,maintenance requests and infrastructure repairs to include painting, drywall repair, plumping,minor electrical repairs,ground upkeep etc... Must have experience in the apartment industry to qualify for this position. This is a full time position and requires that you have the tools for the trade,reliable transportation, pass a back ground check and work as a team player and be self motivated. This position also requires that you travel from property to property in your own vehicle with a valid D/L Insurance, also must pass a background check and drug screening.
