Cream white, no tags, no harnes. Teddy got out about 5 pm last night. A man picked him up and haven't been able to get a hold of him. He is my baby, but loves to try to visit his other dog friends at the neighbors when he has the chance to escape which I know isn't great. He is 4yrs old.
