Description
We are an organic farm in Boulder practicing permaculture and dry farming methods and with an emphasis on conservation and land/soil improvement. We have been hosts for Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms () since 2016. We welcome local volunteers to join us on a week basis to learn and help out.
Opening is available during 9am - 1pm M-F. Volunteers who help out for 3-4 hours will be provided with a free home made lunch or produce as an exchange! You will get a chance to get your hands dirty in a beautiful setting. Tasks include weeding, mulching, building fences, composting, and mushroom composting, building new garden beds, prepare soil, and planting, etc.
If you are committed to hard work, eager to learn, and stay connected with mother earth, please contact us. Please indicate the day and time you like to participate. Currently we have a group on Wed. and Fri.. If other days work for you, we can expand the days. Signing a liability waiver is required for everyone prior to visit and please being vaccinated.
