Endless Greens is a family-owned company located in Evanston that specializes in residential sustainable outdoor landscape design and installation. We work in and around Evanston. The Construction and Landscape Associate will be a part of a team that builds and installs sustainable landscapes. We are looking for Full-Time or Part-Time help starting asap running through November. There is a strong possibility of indoor work through the winter and spring. Our ideal candidate will be live locally to Evanston area and have transportation to and from our Evanston location. Why work for us? ● Progressive 40hr work week 7am-5pm Monday through Thursday with FRIDAYS OFF! ● Fun atmosphere and learning how to build/construct many different projects ● Learn from the best in the industry ● Enjoy the weather working outdoors ● Family owned business that treats employees like family The ideal candidate can demonstrate some of the following knowledge and/or skill sets: ● Carpentry: Comfortable using power tools/saws, measuring and cutting wood. ● Landscaping: Including but not limited to plantings, mulching, amending soil, and waste removal. ● Basic Masonry: Building pathways with brick, stone and other hardscape materials. ● A positive attitude and openness to learn and an eagerness to learn the tools of the trade of sustainable/green development ● Must be in good physical shape and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. ● Reliable and shows up on time ● Enthusiasm for working outdoors in all types of weather. ● Detail-oriented and ability to complete assigned tasks ● Ability to be a part of a team as well as work independently ● Responsible and honest Compensation: Pay starts at $19 per hour but can be more based on experience.
