We are a full service real estate company that specializes in residential single family houses and apartments. Our clients are real estate investors.
If you are a handyman/carpenter/jack-of-all trades (welding knowledge is a plus) please reply if interested with a phone number and background history.
Please note this is a full time gig Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5PM. Pay by the hour.
Must have your own TRUCK pay 45 cents per mile.
Must have your own tools.
Handyman work needed:
Sheetrock work
Painting
Flooring tile and laminate
Minor electrical work
Minor plumbing work
HVAC experience a plus.
Carpentry work
Trash clean up and haul off
Remodel kitchens
Remodel bathrooms
Etc.
Generally a jack-of-all-trades person when it comes to repairing issues in a house or apartment.
Minor welding experience a plus to repair metal stairs and baloneys.
