Food Truck Convertion

I have a Ford E-350 Mini Bus, that I am looking to make into a Food Truck. The seats have been pulled up already. Looking for someone to come out and give a Price Quote or Bid For Work To Be Done including: *Plumbing (3 Compartment Sink Installation) *Electrical Work ( Install Outlets, Lighting, A/C and Power Source for Vehicle which will be Generator Ran) *Walls *Flooring * Some Structural Add ( Windows and Ventalation ) *Welding Work ( Weld cage to rear of truck for Propane and Generator already have cage) *Some additional welding may be required. - Including Adding Shelves and Enclosures. Build Out will need to be according to Harris County Health Department and Fire Marshall Codes. Etc. Also, a blueprint will need to be created as well. Any experience is greatly preferred.
