Please read the entire posting for instructions on how to apply. Regan Roofing, Inc. is looking for an In-House Roofer to work with our installation crews. Job specific responsibilities include: commercial tile reroof and SPF silicone coating in Huntington Beach, CA. Do you work with a whole crew? We would be happy to discuss bringing on the entire crew. Responsibilities: • Working on low-slope or steep-slope roofs; sometimes both. • Covering roofs and exterior walls of structures with slate, asphalt, aluminum, wood, gravel, gypsum, and/or related materials, using brushes, knives, punches, hammers, power tools and other tools or equipment. • Installing vapor barriers and/or layers of insulation on the roof decks of flat roofs, and sealing the seams. • Install different types of roofing systems such as: TPO, PVC, EPDM rubber, built-ups, Bitumen and other metal. • Cutting felt, shingles, or strips of flashing to fit angles formed by walls, vents, or intersecting roof surfaces. • Removing water or debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materials. • High standard of integrity and professionalism. • Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety regulations. • Maintain professional interaction with all customers. • Will perform other tasks assigned by management. • Follow all safety procedures as per company policies. Qualifications: • 1-5 years of roofing experience. • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, kneeling. • Must be able to climb a 32' ladder. • Must be able to work in extreme heat. • Valid driver's license. • Must work well in a team environment. • Knowledgeable with all phases of roofing. • Have all necessary personal tools. Must have: • Must have a clean driving record, valid CA driver's license. (no commercial license required) • Must have transportation and tools for the position. • Able to pass a drug screening and background check. • Reliable and show up to work every day.
