Flooring helpers Needed (will train) Flooring company is looking for trainees willing to learn the trade of commercial flooring installation. All levels of skill are invited to apply. Pay range is negotiable based on level of experience although no experience is required. We place our trainees with experienced installers to learn the flooring trade which includes installation of rolled/broadloom carpet, carpet tiles, luxury vinyl tile, VCT, and rolled sheet vinyl. Some of our projects require drug screening and background checks which will be a requirement for a new hire. Must be willing to travel 25% of the time. Must be willing to work nights as some projects require night work after businesses have closed down for the day.
