Looking for an individual to clean and maintain a parking garage while also helping customers and monthly parkers exit the lot if there are any problems. This facility includes a 6 level parking garage that provides parking for the customers and employees of the tenants for the multi use facility, located in Irvine off Jamboree near the 73. We are looking for one Full time associate. Must have or be willing to learn excellent customer service skills including ability to communicate effectively with a friendly demeanor. Ability to assist customers while collecting parking fees and providing assistance via intercom for customers and monthly parkers. Cleaning the parking structure which includes emptying the trash, cleaning the machines, elevators, and blindspot mirrors. Hours are from 1:30pm - 10:00pm with a 30 minute lunch. Manager will provide initial and ongoing system and safety training and will provide personal protection supplies. Medical benefits offered with a co-pay.
