Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:
1. Maintains positive and encouraging working relations with customers
2. Shipment Tracking
3. Billing
4. Schedule appointments with customers
5. Answering phone calls
6. Create daily excel reports
7. Route Shipments and Create necessary shipping documents
8. Checking in drivers
9. Handle a high volume of daily emails
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
3. Meets attendance and punctuality standards
Experience:
1. 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
2. Transportation background preferred but not required
