Skills & Qualifications: Entry level basic office skills, including:
Customer support experience, Excel experience with spreadsheets, delivery tickets, sales orders & purchase orders
Strong phone skills, excellent communication, ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage time effectively
Bilingual a plus, will train on computer program.
Responsibilities:
Manage time sensitive deadlines, detail oriented, provide complete information, handle customer complaints with appropriate solutions and alternatives to time limits, willing to work under pressure, work with a positive attitude
Multi-task floater - learn multiple office positions and skills
