We are a small property preservation company looking for a company to subcontract work to. Must have field experience in the foreclosure industry and familiar with all aspects of bids and damage reporting. We cover 6 counties, so please consider what areas you can fully cover. Work must be completed by due dates provided. All vendors must have their own transportation and equipment. Work to include, but not limited to: - Initial Securing -Lock Work -Pool Securing - Recurring Grass Cuts - Boarding - Winterizations - Discoloration treating - Minor Repairs - Janitorial - Debris Removal - Landscape Must have the following: - Able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check - Must be able to use PPW - Must be able to utilize email - Must have proper equipment and locks to perform preservation work. - Must be able to bid any/all damages - Must be able to photograph and document work - Turnaround time is 48-72 hours Job prices vary per client. I pay weekly after 2 week net hold. Will have to meet me in person at a property to go over required photos and procedures Please respond with your contact information.
