No pre-hire drug testing, and yes, there is a background check, but it is the most forgiving BC I have ever had. Most misdemeanors, and some felonies are fine. OT available up to 60 hours, and take-home pay? About $1200/week/paid weekly. Excellent skill development on nearly 10 pieces of warehouse equipment, and you can move into quite a few different departments (picking, inbound freight, outbound freight, quality control, etc.) I have a 1-page writeup available with all of the benefits, and more importantly, what it's like to work warehouse.
