MUST be able to be on-time EVERY day. Daytime projects start around 5-6am and after hours jobs in offices start around 6pm. Let us know what shifts you are available. We are a general contractor doing commercial building office remodels and need a daily helper which can easily turn into a regular part or full-time job with benefits as an assistant superintendent if it works out. Tasks will include; -Jobsite check-in procedures where you have all subcontractors coming on-site sign-in and sign their covid forms, make sure everyone has hard-hats and vests on etc. -Calling and communicating with subcontractors for scheduling or issues -General Cleaning/sweeping the job, -Protecting finished surfaces, doors, windows, cabinets, countertops with cardboard/plastic/tape etc. -Moving and organizing materials, Must have reliable transportation. Must be a US citizen. Must speak fluent English and be able to be presentable and professional enough to speak with our clients. Beyond that, all you need is a good attitude and a good work ethic and can follow a to-do list and directions without being micro-managed. $17.50-$19.00 hr. depending on experience to start. Daytime projects start around 5-6am and night jobs start around 6pm.
