Our company is looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience in maintenance, turns, and grounds in the Charleston Area. Our Maintenance Tech will be accountable for grounds work, finishing preventative maintenance, satisfying service requests, and inspecting vacant units affirming turnovers are complete. Partakes in on-call emergency rotation and responds to emergencies as needed. Must have a valid Driver's License and a High School diploma or 2 years of maintenance knowledge.
