Selling the house - creating curb appeal by clearing /removing overgrowth in front and side of house. Might also lay down some mulch in Phase 2 so a weed trimmer will not do the job = some shovel/rake work. Not cutting trees but chain saw might be needed to take out small stump or 2. (small enough to also take out by pick/shovel if necessary) Hedge trimmer plus need a truck to haul away. Some experience required. Also haul away items from side of house. $400 cash upon completion. Might have additional work in preparing the house for sale depending on your skills. Thanks
