VALET PARKING ATTENDANT
Position Summary: Responsible for valet parking services and personal attention to guests and their vehicles
Key Responsibilities:
• Greets each customer in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurate and prompt processing of all valet tickets according to operating procedures
• Operates, parks, and retrieves guests' vehicles in a safe but expedient manner
• Inventories and/or counts valet-parked vehicles and available spaces
• Cooperates with all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external guests
• Keeps all work areas clean
• Complies with all uniform guidelines
• Follows all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook, Gold Standards, and
Position Standards (attached for review)
• Reports any damage to vehicles or property immediately
• Performs additional duties as requested by Management
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous valet, attendant, or customer service experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• A valid NJ driver's license is required.
• Good driving record as reported by the Department of Transportation.
• Commitment to safety of co-workers, guests and vehicles.
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language.
• Ability to print words and numbers legibly.
• Must be able to maintain a smile and courteous disposition toward external and internal customers
