Several available: 1) Replace Fan - Bathroom fan stopped working. When I went into the ceiling to replace it, I found it is being held into place with 6 nails. Look at the picture. You will probably need to cut the nails off. (Tools will be needed) 2) Fix leak - Pipe in ceiling leaks when washer is running. I bought pvc pipes and elbows needed to replace the leaking part. 3) The ceiling where the leak is needs to be replaced. You can do a patch or replace the whole drywall panel. I'll pay you extra if you can match the ceiling design once patched (see picture). I do have drywall, tape, and mud to complete job. 4) The roof overhang took a little water damage before I updated the roof. I need it replaced. If you're up for it just let me know what to buy. I'm paying by the job. So you can do one of them or all of them. Just let me know. I work during the weekdays so must be done on the weekend, preferably Saturday morning.
