CARROLL BRADFORD is actively searching for an experienced Roof Repair Technician that will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing damaged residential and commercial structures. Our ideal candidate will have extensive roof repair experience and have a great attitude with a strong desire to satisfy the customer. CARROLL BRADFORD is a general contractor working primarily in Central Florida with an emphasis on, but not limited to, concrete, masonry, and roofing construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair roof leaks. Communicate with the homeowner and the Project Coordinator about the progress and status of the repairs. Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines. Qualifications: 2 years of roof repair experience preferred working with shingle, metal, and tile. Must be able to pass a background check. General understanding of different roofing systems and their proper installation is required. Ability to use all hand tools associated with roofing installation and repair. Must be detail oriented, organized, and have great customer service skills. Bilingual preferred. Physical Requirements: Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly. Bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, twisting and reaching heights on an intermittent basis for up to eight hours a day.
