If you put customers first, care passionately about what you do and are committed to working on a team that respects each other, then Berman is the right fit for your next career position. 7 Full Time Janitorial positions with the typical work weeks consisting of: Saturday - Wednesday 5P-1:30A, OFF Thursday and Friday Wednesday - Sunday 4P-12:30A, OFF Monday and Tuesday Monday - Friday 8P-4A, OFF Saturday and Sunday Monday - Friday 5A-1:30P, OFF Saturday and Sunday Monday - Friday 7A-4P, OFF Saturday and Sunday Monday - Friday 1P-10P, OFF Saturday and Sunday Tuesday - Saturday 7A-4P, OFF Sunday and Monday Responsibilities: - Maintain cleanliness of parking garage and surrounding areas - Blow leaves and debris with blower - Empty trash cans - Identify areas that need power washing. - Ensure all common areas are well maintained, clean and inviting for patrons - Maintain clean, safe work environment - Power wash to remove stains and gum from sidewalks and parking garage - Adhere to all sanitation guidelines - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Demonstrate a good attitude with pride in your work - Fast worker showing initiative and follow through - Bilingual English-Spanish, a plus but not required - Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and handling of cleaning supplies - Must be able to stoop, stand, bend, walk and other movements needed for cleaning up to 8 hours - Available to work flexible schedule - Available to work overtime or weekends if needed - Need to be able to start work immediately CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED: - Must have previous janitorial experience - Must have a clean background check - Must have a valid driver's license - Must have a keen eye for details - Must be very organized and able to follow a routine that provides regular daily inspection and clean assigned areas - Must have a friendly personality and willing to accommodate others - Must have reliable transportation
