Must have Workers' Comp, General Liability, Auto insurance, an active business license, and W9 form. This is full-time work. Must have your own tools and truck/van. Must speak English. Our reputable and expanding construction firm is looking to add some experienced Subcontractors and Handyman crews who are committed to their work, dependable and have great work ethics. MUST be located in the Tampa, Florida or surrounding area. Must be reliable, dependable, honest, and have a strong work ethic. Looking for individuals with knowledge of some or all aspects of the construction field, including, but not limited to: 1. Drywall, texture 2. Installation of door and windows 3. Painting 4. Plumbing 5. Minor electrical 6. Installation of lighting fixtures 7. Flooring 8. Landscaping Serious inquiries ONLY.
