Our reputable and expanding construction firm is looking to add EXPERIENCED & SKILLED General Construction Laborers to the team here in Tampa, Florida. The individuals we hire must be dependable, hard working, and a team player. Must have a positive attitude and be professional with other employees and clients. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Looking for the following skills: painting, drywall patching, cleaning, stucco, tiling, other light laborer tasks for residential homes getting ready to rent to tenants. ***Must have your own basic tools and a reliable truck to drive to the different job sites. Education & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 5+ years’ proven experience in construction Intermediate/advanced knowledge of plumbing, electric, and HVAC helpful Must be reliable and dependable Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented Must conduct yourself with professionalism, courtesy and respect when interacting with clients, customers and other employees Physical requirements for this position is being able to lift approximately 50 pounds or more when needed, bending, stooping, carrying and kneeling. You must be able to do this in areas that can be hot and humid. If you're a hard worker and get the job done, we want to hear from you. Must be able to speak English in order to communicate with customers and other employees. Pay is between $15 - $18 per hour, based on knowledge and experience. $200 per month truck allowance & $40 per month cell phone allowance.
