Description
Small business has an overhang (single story) with some plywood that is deteriorated (about 1 sq. ft.). I need someone who can replace it, prime, and finish it. We then have a couple more areas (one inside and one outside) with old embedded lights. We need them changed for new lighting.
Must have transportation and tools. We have a ladder here.
