Someone dedicated to swinging motors, doing timing chains, swapping transmissions, just heavy work. No diagnostic work, no electrical, no dealing with customers, just come to work and make it happen!! Our shop does have trained techs for that other stuff. And it IS NOT COMMISSION!! No flats. LOW STRESS environment. Just punch the clock for Hourly Pay based on qualifications ($16 to $22/hr ). Monday through Fridays, NO SATURDAYS, NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS!!. We do expect you to work 40 hours per week regularly. And we DO PAY OVERTIME!! Your weekly pay will not fluctuate because we are ALWAYS busy year-round. Anthem Silver health & Dental insurance, 2 weeks Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays available after 90 days!! And not that you will be needing all this, but we have a well equipped shop with AllData and IdentiFix software, up to date Snap-On Modus, Snap-On AC machine, Snap-On thermal imager, Fluke Multi-meter, Miller MIG welder, 5 lifts, forklift and much more. Cooling fans keep you comfortable in the summer, and our waste oil heat keeps you and your tools toasty in the winter!! And the fridge stays stocked with Gatorade and water. But you will really like the forklift. MUST have Va. drivers license (Must show drivers license at interview), decent driving record required, and 5 years experience in an automotive repair facility required. And obviously necessary hand tools. This is our home. Lots of personal DRAMA is not allowed. A good positive attitude makes us all work happier.
