WILLING TO TRAIN SOMEONE READY TO LEARN A SKILL === PREFER EXPERIENCE INDUSTRIAL HYDRAULIC SERVICES===TRAINING PAY STARTS AT $17===EXPERIENCED PAY IS $22 TO $28 We are a full service Hydraulic shop in need of a hard working dependable applicant. I will not respond if you do not send a resume. Experience such as mechanics, welding, machining, and electronics is helpful, but not required. Math skills are tested at the interview. You should be able to tell me what the decimal equivalent of 1/2 is and how to convert that fraction OR ANY fraction into a decimal. If you don't know, Google it before coming in. The interview will go over tear down of hydraulic cylinders. If you are not familiar with cylinder tear down currently, take some time and look at some You Tube videos. It is mostly fastener technology like nuts and bolts. I will be looking for good mechanical common sense. The ability to use what you have learned from previous work and apply it to new situations. Our work load includes cylinders, pumps, motors, and manufacturing of equipment a well as bucket truck and crane repair. Once hired additional training will be given, most of it as On Job Training. You will make mistakes and hopefully learn from them. If you can not deal with being told that you have made a mistake then do not make them or do not work here. Here you will learn not only how to repair cylinders, but the right methods to use to repair anything that you run across. Hopefully you will also learn to work efficiently. Requirements: -You must be able to pick up and move around 100 lbs. This is not required for long periods of time, overhead cranes, forklifts and others are available to help, but some lifting will be necessary. -We require that you pass a drug test for we believe safety is one of the most important aspects of a job. -You must be willing to learn and work efficiently. -You must wear steel toed shoes, company will pay up to $100 per year for replacement shoes COMPANY BENEFITS -Company pays 50% of employee's medical insurance after a 90 day trial period, and 100% paid after 1 year. -There are 6 paid holidays and a Christmas Bonus after a 90 day trial period. -You get 1 week paid vacation after 1 year and 2 weeks after 3 years. -Retirement benefits after 2 years.
