MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Be part of a winning team!!!!! At Seacrest Services, Inc we take pride in the work that we do and we do it right the first time. We are currently accepting resumes for a Maintenance Technician with experience in all phases of Exterior Building Maintenance. Some of the duties may include: • Performing minor electrical such as replacement of lamppost bulb or specialty bulbs, and electrical fixtures. • Light plumbing such as installing pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as sinks and toilets. • Managing a staff of around 10 • Minor caulking of windows and doors and exterior pressure cleaning. • Repairing of cracks in walls, ceilings, catwalks, spindles and railings. • Light carpentry such as replacement of deteriorated fascia boards, door frame, and replacement of doorknobs. • Irrigation Wet Checks, adjusting/replacing heads and unit. • Fix any pipe breaks up to 2”. Ideal Candidate will have: • A minimum of 2+ years of related maintenance experience (Condo or HOA preferred) • Good English communication skills • Ability to endure physical labor and climb ladders. • (outdoors 90% of the time) • Ability to pass a drug screening and clean background. • A clean driving record and active US driver’s license • Good customer service attitude and desire to grow with the Company At Seacrest Services, Inc. we are happy to provide our employees a variety of Health Insurance plans, Dental insurance, Disability protection, and a matching 401(K) plan as well as paid time off that includes Vacation, Holidays, Personal Time, and Sick Days.
