Designed by Walters-Storyk, this control room and large private booth are part of a brand new facility that has been quietly fully occupied since 2018. This room has been rented since 2019 to a prominent mix engineer who mixed many certified gold and platinum records (we will disclose his name in private upon request) We can offer the room with or without gear depending on the client's need. The monthly rate for 6 months minimum lockout or more is $5,000.00 all-inclusive, without gear. We can discuss a reasonable rate with gear on a case-by-case basis. This room is great for producers, mix engineers, post-production work, writing, podcast, voice-over. Independent air conditioning controlled by the client. Our studios are designed and built from the ground up by the best in the industry. This is our second facility as we have been successfully running recording studios in the NYC area for many years.
