This is an open level outdoor yoga class that gives us a chance to slow down, create a sense of peace within while reconnecting to the earth Please bring a yoga mat, water, and any props that you may want to use. If you are in need of a mat, please let me know! Every Monday at 6pm & Wednesday at Noon 1 hour movement based class
