COVA Brewing Company : Wine Tasting with East Beach Sommelier Crystal Palate on September 2nd, 2021 Join COVA Brewing Co. & Crystal Palate for a Perfect Pairings Wine Tasting on Thursday, Sept. 2nd at 6pm. Crystal will guide us through some incredible wines from Field Recordings out of California including an Orange Wine called SKINS, the FREDDO (a chillable & gulpable Sangiovese) and a Cab from Paso Robles. We'll kick things off with a Cappelletti Spritz and show you how to make this easy and delicious aperitif for your next gathering!
