Seek Lavender will share (complete demonstration) with you how to make basic and herbal flavored Kombucha step-by-step. We will cover safety issues such as PH and how to care for your SCOBY. Tastings of basic Kombucha, Lavender Kombucha and others made with Seek Lavender Herbs highlight this fun afternoon. You will take home a $40 retail starter kit (Kombucha starter, SCOBY, lavender and other herbs to add a bit of nature’s magic) to get you going!
