Sunset Beach Yoga with Lisa Pineda Summer 2021 We are excited to offer our Sunset Beach Yoga series for the fifth year in a row! *New Time Alert* Sunset Beach Yoga will now begin Wednesday nights at 7:30pm! Vinyasa is $20 /hr. Location is Field 1 of Point Lookout Beach (Town Park; 1300 Lido Blvd). Payment of $20 class is due at the time of booking via Venmo to @nicole-glasser-1 to confirm your spot and 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Contactless checkin will be prior to class, so please arrive early. Lisa Pineda is an international Yoga and Meditation instructor, Documentary Executive Producer of "The Yogi", a global retreat leader, and a two-time TEDx Speaker Alum. She combines decades of experience in healthcare, as an award winning multimedia journalist and a yoga instructor to create endless space for authenticity. Lisa advocates for individuals and families who are struggling to start a family with her creation of Yoga for Fertility, a mindfulness meditation App.
