Allow us to guide you through the land. This land will inspire a practice of contemplation, reverence, acceptance and gratitude. Learn how to align your patterns with the slowing down cycle of the trees and animals.

Give your own journal ( (all journaling materials provided)explore ways to draw in gratitude of thanksgiving through writing and drawing. The energy of these sensory opening experiences will inspire you to remain outside in the cooler months, as you learn to embrace beauty, solitude and inner peace.
You will return home feeling a new relationship to the natural world and yourself. The journaling and you new found skills will help you capture your thoughts as you continue to expand your nature connection practice.
