Join us at Zona Blanca for Chef Hank Shaw's latest book release "Hook, Line, and Supper" that covers all things freshwater and saltwater fish. He will be reuniting with Chef Chad White, of Bravo's Top Chef, as a honorary guest to host a book signing dinner. This offering will be inspired by Chef Hank's book where Chef Chad will be using locally sourced Pacific Coastal seafood.
